We started because job sites, festivals and emergency responses need sanitation on short notice and without the headache. Our crew knows Cary's geography inside out. We move equipment quickly and service it on schedule. When a contractor in Morrisville calls at 7 a.m. for a unit by noon, we get it there. When a wedding organizer near Holly Springs realizes the venue has no restrooms, we bring restroom trailers that handle dozens of guests. We've pumped septic tanks for homeowners who saw warning signs they couldn't ignore, and we've cleared dumpsters from renovation sites that were buried in debris.
Our fleet includes everything from standard portable toilets to deluxe flushable units with sinks and handwashing stations that meet OSHA requirements. We stock ADA accessible portable toilets because accessibility isn't an afterthought. A standard unit is about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and stands 92 inches tall, so it fits tight spaces. Our roll-off dumpsters come in multiple sizes, and a roll-off delivery needs roughly 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck, so we show up with a plan. How We Work
Call, email or fill out a quote request. Tell us what you need, where in Cary it's going and when. We confirm availability same day and schedule delivery. If you're running a construction site, we ask how many workers you'll have so we can meet OSHA 1926.51(c) toilet ratios, one facility for 20 workers or fewer, then one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers as your crew grows. If it's an event restroom rental for a festival, wedding or marathon, we know the math on guest count and peak hours. If you're running a farm operation in the county, we bring potable water and washup stations that comply with field sanitation rules.
We service weekly as the baseline under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3, the portable sanitation service standard. Longer rentals drop your per-day cost. For sites that need handwashing, we deliver portable sinks with soap and towel dispensers that meet 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2). We also rent storage containers and temporary fence because most job sites need more than one thing.

We serve Cary and the immediate region. Morrisville is 3.5 miles south, Holly Springs is 5.4 miles north, and Durham is 5.4 miles southeast. We also cover Garner, Apex, Fuquay-Varina and Carrboro. Same-day delivery to most locations is possible if you call before 10 a.m. For rush requests on weekends, we charge a premium, but we show up.
What's the difference between a standard unit and a deluxe?
A standard portable toilet has a simple tank and waste holding system. A deluxe flushable unit has an actual flush mechanism, interior sink and mirror, and a larger holding tank. Deluxe costs more per day but feels like a real restroom.
Do you rent for short-term events?
Yes. We rent by the day, weekend, week and month. Event rentals are common for weddings, festivals, marathons and concerts. Weekend rates are higher than weekday, and you can book as short as 24 hours.
Can you deliver to a tight jobsite?
It depends on clearance. A standard unit is 44 by 48 inches, so it fits in most spaces. If your site is boxed in, tell us the dimensions and access route. We'll confirm placement before we roll.
What if a tank fills up before service day?
Call us immediately. We dispatch an emergency pump truck to empty it same day. Emergency service costs more than scheduled visits but it prevents a backup.
Are your toilets wheelchair accessible?
Yes. We rent ADA accessible portable toilets that meet ADA Standards section 213.2. At least one unit must be accessible in any cluster, and we ensure a 36 inch minimum clear width on the approach and a 32 inch clear door opening.
